Brad Raymond – Custom Brands

In 2018, Brad Raymond, an employee of Gemini’s since 2005 purchased the company from the Glorvigen’s. Raymond, a 2000 graduate from the University of North Dakota, with a degree in Business Management and a passion for the outdoors, immersed himself in the fishing industry learning the nuances of the sport and was instrumental in launching the custom sublimation division of Gemini in 2007. Since then, Gemini has developed specifically into a custom apparel company lead by the vision of Raymond and with a tremendous support staff, including his loving wife Nadine. Upon acquiring Gemini, the company name was changed to Gemini Custom Brands, Inc. with the focus on improving the overall experience to the customer by providing the best customer service, enhanced online interaction and social media as well as continuous advancements in the garments performance and functionality. Gemini taps into the experience of anglers, on every level and in every role, from developers, designers and product managers, to product testers, and consultants. Gemini is recognized as a leader in the fishing industry and across the globe.

Marty & Scott Glorvigen – The Beginning

Gemini Sport Marketing, Inc. has been in business since September of 1986. Owners Scott and Martin Glorvigen started Gemini from a college class project and built Gemini into a specialty niche business serving the consumer, corporate, and retail customer. Gemini specialized in custom built and private label products in the outdoor (Fishing), (Shooting) and sporting goods industries. A “Top Down” approach serving the elite customer allowed Gemini to become a specialty supplier to top outdoor retailers, marine manufacturers, Elite Professionals, Clubs, organizations, and outdoor enthusiasts. Gemini’s e-commerce, internet platform allows the customer to prioritize for performance, selection, and price. Gemini has been a member of ASA American Sport Fishing Association since 1987, an ASA Trade Show Sponsor and a NSSF member. Gemini’s custom fishing apparel division was started in 1995, facilitating the major fishing participants both in corporate and angler promotions. Gemini became the official Pro Staff, special event supplier for Ranger Boats, In-Fisherman, Yamaha Motors, Mercury Motors, Lund Boats, and a host of Industry Members. While maintaining a strong corporate customer list, Gemini focused on an e-commerce, online order system that facilitates both the corporate, elite, and general consumer. Programs include corporate, trade show, special events, fishing clubs, college & high school fishing teams, Professional anglers, enthusiasts, and weekend participants. Custom apparel is designed and built from performance fabrics with a focus on more technical materials and products. Gemini is the prominent custom apparel brand in the competitive fishing industry.
