Order Process

PLACING YOUR ORDER:

All orders need to be placed online.
  • Choose your apparel/collar style and that will bring you to the correct order form.
  • Fill out names, sizes, etc. For more than 12 jerseys, please enter at least one jersey online and then submit a full roster to info@g2gemini.com
  • Select your background and colors from the dropdowns.
  • Type in the name of each logo where you want it. If we have the company’s logo on file, we will use our version. If we do not have a requested logo on file, we will email you to send in the logo at that time.
  • Use the Additional Design Info box to enter any special requests. Once all required fields are filled in, submit your order and you will receive an order confirmation number. (If you don’t, there was a problem with your submission. Your order will not be processed if you do not receive an order confirmation number.)

PROOFS & TIMELINES

Once we have received your order form, and all logos and permissions needed, your order is sent to the graphics department.   The purpose of the proof is to correct any errors so please check it over carefully.  If you change to a different stock background or change the colors of your jersey once you receive a proof, a $10 fee will apply.
  • Our current proof timelines are 1-3 business days (once we have everything we need).
  • After the designer has finished your proof, it will be emailed to you for your review. (We will not start making your jersey without an approval through the system.)
  • If you request changes that exceed three proofs, there is a $10 fee to purchase each additional proof round.
  • Once you have approved the proof and your order is paid in full, we will begin production of your jersey.
  • Our standard production timeline is 3-4 weeks (once the proof is approved). Some orders require 4-8 weeks in production and will be noted separately. **Large orders may take longer than 3-4 weeks depending on the workload of our production department.

COLOR DISCLAIMER

We make every effort to match your colors to your specifications; however, colors on your jersey may not match exactly the colors on your computer screen when you view our proofs. This is because all devices are different, and the screens display color differently than printed fabric. Also, we do not guarantee that colors on reorders will be exactly like your previous orders. We will get as close as possible, but small differences are common. For all jerseys to match, all must be ordered at the same time.

RUSH ORDERS

If you need an order sooner than our normal timelines, please contact a customer service rep for options to expedite your order.  We have several options based on when and where you need your apparel.

    -Stock Background - $25 (includes 3 proofs)
    -Custom Background - $75 (includes 3 proofs)
-Setup fees include the initial design & logo placement.
-Additional fee of $10 for changing color or stock background design may apply.
-A proof of your apparel will be emailed to you for your approval.
-There is an additional fee of $10 per proof after 3 proofs.

Orders must be paid in full before they will be sent to production.

Full Custom Size Charts

Shirt Measurement Example How to use the size charts:
  1. Find a shirt that fits you comfortably and lay it out completely flat on the floor.
  2. Measure straight across the chest from side seam to side seam directly under the armpit - this is the “A” measurement. If this falls in between sizes, ALWAYS go with the larger size.
  3. Measure the front of the shirt from the bottom hem to the very top of the collar seam - this is the “B” measurement. If this falls in between sizes, ALWAYS go with the larger size.

Our hoodies are made to fit over the same size jersey. Simply determine which size jersey you would wear and order the same size hoodie.

Artwork Requirements

We design all of our jerseys using vector images. All artwork/logos provided to us must be provided in vector format in order to be printed correctly. A logo being displayed on the Gemini site is an indication that we already have the logo in vector format. We currently have over 4000 vector logos available. Vector Bitmap Example What are Vector Images? Vector images are the opposite of bitmap images. Vector images are used in most aspects of graphic design and are the preferred format for printing, both on paper and on clothing. The reason for this is that while a bitmap image can look great on the screen, which usually has a resolution of about 72 pixels/dots per inch (DPI), it will normally have to be scaled by a factor of 8 or more when printed since modern printers routinely produce resolutions of 600 pixels/dots per inch. Vector artwork can handle this type of scaling without any problems while bitmap images struggle with it. Logos are usually created in vector format. If you are having problems locating a vector version of your logo you may want to try contacting the company that printed your business cards. What about images from the web? In most cases we cannot use images or logos taken from the web because they are not vector files and they are not high enough quality to be printed clearly. What if I don’t have a vector image of my logo? You have a couple of options. If your logo file is high resolution, we can usually convert it to a usable format for $20 per logo. Some complex logos may require that our designers re-draw the artwork, resulting in a larger conversion fee. In other cases we may not be able to convert the logo at all.

How It's Made

All of our apparel is produced using a process called Dye Sublimation. Most pieces of G2 apparel start out as a single section of large white material. This material is then dyed using a ultra high temperature heat press to create one large piece of dyed fabric. All of the smaller pieces (sleeves, collar, front, back, ect.) are then cut out from the larger piece, hemmed, and subsequently sewn together to become the finished product.

Material Specs

  • Wear-Resistant

We use a patented Intera® fabric on all of our jerseys that will not fade and it is extremely resistant to wear. Because the material itself is dyed it will not peel or wear off like screen printing.
  • UV Protection

G2 apparel is built to handle extreme sun exposure with an outer shell that shields your body from harmful UV rays. All of our apparel* features a UPF rating of 25. This advanced technology aids in extending the time you are able to spend outdoors—it also increases comfort during and after the competition. *Aside from some semi-custom apparel.
  • Anti-Microbial

Our fabric resists bacteria and continues to smell fresh—wash after wash. Specially finished using a micro-thin coating, our jerseys continue to look new even after months of wear.
  • Temperature Management

Intera patented material keeps you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The pores of the fabric expand whenever it is warm outside, which allows air to freely pass through. The pores contract in colder weather, which serves to insulate.
  • Moisture Transfer

Our fabrics are designed to transport moisture away from your body and toward the outer layer of the fabric where it can quickly evaporate.
  • Ventilation

Breathable fabric means always feeling fresh—even under the most strenuous conditions.
  • Moisture Wicking

Surface moisture and sweat wick to accelerate evaporation, keeping you dry while also serving to regulate body temperature.

Return Policy

If you feel there is an error/manufacturing defect on your jersey, please contact us via email (info@g2gemini.com) with an explanation and photo of the issue/error.

The process used on your custom apparel is called dye sublimation. This is a custom process involving special sublimation inks. While we will do our best to make sure the colors are as consistent as possible across orders, variations are part of the process. Ordering at the same time is the only way to ensure matching colors. We are not able to return or refund apparel due to color variations.

Due to the custom nature of our apparel we will work with you on a resolution if there is a manufacture defect versus a return or a refund as we do not carry stock inventory. If a refund is deemed necessary, we reserve the right to refuse future business with the customer.

Gemini Custom Brands is not responsible for the following:
  1. Incorrect size ordered and approved by the customer; If the size ordered does not have measurements that fall into the right category on the size chart, please email us with a photo so we can look into the manufacturing process.
  2. Products delayed or lost by the shipping carrier; However, we can help you file a claim to get reimbursed for the cost of the jersey and shipping if the carrier’s qualifications are met for filing a claim. Please contact us at info@g2gemini.com.
  3. Any artwork or spelling errors that you have submitted and approved that may occur on the finished garment; The proofing and approval process is for the customer to view and edit any errors before the custom apparel is approved for production.
