Order Process

How can I order if my sponsor will be paying for my order?
Credit card information is a required field. However, on our standard order forms, if you include the information that your sponsor will be paying in the 'Additional Design Info' box, your card will not be charged. We will need credit card information from your sponsor before we can begin working on your order.
Can I see my jersey before submitting my order?
Our designers will individually create a proof for you from the information given on the order form. You will then be sent a proof via email to review, with an option to adjust the logos as needed. You must approve the proof before your jersey goes into production.
Will I receive a proof of my jersey?
Unless you’ve ordered a completed jersey, such as a replica jersey, you will receive a proof to review and approve prior to us making your jersey.
Can I specify a color on my jersey or customize the colors on a jersey?
The standard color chart is provided as a resource to our customers and is useful to review before placing an order. These colors may display slightly different on some screens and should not be viewed as a 100% accurate representation due to this. If you need a specific PMS color we will do our best to match the color with our profiles.
What is my login info?
Your login information is included in the confirmation page that you see when you place your order as well as in the confirmation email sent immediately after you place your order.
How do I make a change to my proof?
When you receive your proof email and login, you will be given the option to request revisions or to approve the design at the bottom of the page. If you select ‘REVISE’, you will be able to type in the changes that you want made. When you submit the reply, it will go back to your designer, to make the revisions. A new proof will then be sent to you once it’s ready. If you need to add a logo, you can email that logo to info@g2gemini.com along with submitting your revision. **Do not reply to your proof email with your revisions. This will delay your order.
How can I find the status of my jersey?
Our current timelines are posted on our website. If you think your order does not fall into the posted timelines, please send an email to info@g2gemini.com to check the status. Be sure to include the invoice or reference number. Please be advised that the production timeline starts once all approvals and payment are received.
How do I reorder a jersey?
We've simplified the process to reorder jerseys. You can submit your order online at: http://g2gemini.com/reorder/ *Please note that we do not guarantee that colors on reorders will be exactly like your previous orders. We will get as close as possible, but in order for all jerseys to match, they must all be ordered at the same time.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order at any time before it ships out to you. However, artwork fees must be paid in full and no refund on artwork fees will be given if a proof was created for you. If the jersey is in production and it has not shipped when you request to cancel, there is also a $50 cancellation fee per jersey. You may not cancel the order once it has shipped.

Artwork Process

Do I need to be sponsored by every company whose logo I want on my jersey?
You must be authorized to use any logo you request. If you are not sponsored by a company you want to use you must contact them to be sure they approve you wearing their logo. Some companies will also request the written permission be sent in to us, before we can use their logo on your jersey.
How do I know if you have a logo on file?
We have most of the major industry logos on file. We will let you know once you submit your order if we do not have a logo you are requesting. If you are requesting a local company, we probably will need it sent in. You can attach it to your order or email it to info@g2gemini.com.
How do I send in artwork/logos?
You can attach a file to your order or send them to info@g2gemini.com, referencing your name and confirmation number in the subject line.
Can I make three smaller logo positions into one larger logo position?
Yes, you can either list that same logo in all three positions, or just make a note in the 'Additional Design Info' box. You will see a proof before we produce your jersey so you can confirm it is how you intended.
What is the artwork fee?
The artwork fee covers the design of your jersey and your proofs. The first three proofs are included in the artwork price. If you need further revisions, you can pay $10 for each additional proof. This process can be repeated as many times as necessary. **There may be additional fees if you change the color or background through the proofing process.

Production Process

How long before I receive my order?
Our website lists our current Design Proof and Production timelines. Once you place your order and we have all of the information that we need to start on your proof, it will go to our graphics department and the proof timeline will start. When a proof is ready, we’ll send it via email so you can review it. You will be allowed to modify it, if needed, sending revisions directly back to your designer. Once you approve the artwork and payment is received, your order will start the production process and the production timeline will start. And then don’t forget shipping time!
Can I make a change to my jersey after approving it for production?
Yes, however, it will be $50 per piece of apparel and it will usually delay production. Please contact info@g2gemini.com if a change is needed after you've approved your order for production. No changes may be made once your order ships.
Can I add a logo to my jersey after I receive it?
With the process of dye sublimation, your full custom jersey is printed all at once and cannot be altered after it is produced.
How do I care for my jersey?
Once you receive your apparel from us, you will want to take care of it. Our jerseys have anti-microbial material and moisture wicking properties. Improper care can result in damaging these properties. Below is our recommended care instructions that will help keep your jersey in good condition if followed properly.
  • Do not use fabric softener.
  • Do not use bleach.
  • Always wash with cold water.
  • Always wash inside out.
  • Always tumble dry.
  • Avoid abrasive surfaces like Hook and Loop Fasteners. Failure to do so will damage the material.
How do I get stains out of my jersey?
You can follow normal stain removal guidelines for polyester material based on the stain.
